INGREDIENTS
50ml gin
25ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
½ glass champagne
½ cup Ice
Lemon twist to garnish
METHOD
- Make a lemon twist to garnish your champagne flute
- Place the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice into a cocktail shaker (or a jar with a lid)
- Shake the mixture until cold and strain it into a champagne flute
- Top your glass off with champagne, garnish and serve
