Login to your liquid loyalty profile using your mobile number – https://loyalty.ngf.co.za/#/login
Click profile from the dashboard menu
Ensure that the email address that you use to login to the NGF website is inserted under email address and click save.
Login to the NGF website using you email address
Click My account in the top right corner and select Liquid loyalty
Enter your cell phone number and click save changes – then click check and update balance
Upon purchase, Check your balance online by logging into your Liquid loyalty profile (https://loyalty.ngf.co.za). using the unique pin sent to you
in SMS upon registration. Your balance will be displayed on your Liquid Loyalty dashboard.
How to redeem Sip coins online:
Login to the NGF website using you email address
Click My account in the top right corner and select Liquid loyalty
Click check and update balance
Type how many sip coins you want to redeem/spend
Enter your redemption pin – which is found on the liquid loyalty dashboard https://loyalty.ngf.co.za/#/login or on the last SMS received after redeeming sip coins
Click convert to coupon
The coupon will be available at check out to add to your cart
