Hand-selected from three trees at the base of the Cederberg mountains outside Citrusdal, pamplemousse is the hero of this dry-style gin. The white flesh of the pamplemousse offers a balance of sweetness and tartness, with much less bitterness than we expect from its well-known cousin, the grapefruit.
