Colour: Light Straw Colour
Nose: Tropical pineapple, hard candy, passion fruit flavours on the nose.
Palate: Crisp acidity, smooth tasting and well balanced.
Wine making: After destalking and crushing of the grapes the juice was mevushal and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was left on the lees for two months, racked and filtered prior to bottling.
Food: Will complement fish and chicken dishes.
