Saigon Baigur is the first premium dry gin to be distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. 16 distinctive local botanicals combined with 4 classic gin ingredients present a drink that is a Vietnamese take on the classic dry gin.
The name Baigur was derived from the first known settlement in this area, a small fish and spice trading outpost. Combined with Saigon, the name Saigon Baigur pays homage to the more than 1000-year-old tradition of spice & botanical trading in the area.
