Distilled using fresh hand harvested botanicals Karoa White is unique in every sense of the word and nothing like you have ever tasted before. Our botanicals which include fresh spearmint grown on site at the distillery is meticulously balanced with other botanicals incl Juniper, green cardamom, coriander, lime peel, lemon peel, ruby fruit peel and calamus root. We distil our Gin slowly to make sure maximum flavour is carried over. The Gin rests for a minimum of 2 weeks before being bottled. We don’t chill filter our Gin which makes as the only ‘Cloudy Gin in SA. Karoa Cara White is the perfect Gin for Gin lovers that want something unique, Refreshing, and memorable.
