HEERLIK GIN is a premium South African gin that comes in a 750ml bottle. This handcrafted gin is made using a state of the art imported Müller copper still from Germany using a unique blend of 7 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, cardamom and freshly cut citrus from five different varieties, which are sourced from our farm in the Tradouw Valley. HEERLIK Gin offers a delicate, warm and fragrant aroma of juniper, citrus and cardamom. My guess is that at least a third of the business are supplies to on trade clients – maybe reflecting the direct marketing efforts as well. The product does well in on-trade, especially with higher end bars and restaurants when people get to know the story behind the brand(s).
