What is the Norman Goodfellows palette?

The Norman Goodfellows Palette is a surprise box where you get to choose the category (Wine, Bubbles, Whisky, Beer, Spirits or Mixed) but we choose exactly what products go in. You will get to experience the best wine, whisky, beer, bubbles and spirits gems, without even leaving your sofa. Aside from the finest selection of fine wine and spirits, every Goodfellows Palette box is paired with a variety of delicious snacks and foodie must-haves. Enjoy a new taste sensation every month when your surprise Goodfellows Palette box arrives at your door.

How can I change my payment details?

You can update your details by emailing the Goodfellows Palette team at goodfellowspalette@ngf.co.za and a friendly team member will get back to you.

What are the days for delivery and where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide to South African residential and commercial addresses (preferable). We require a signature on delivery and we’re therefore unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or Private Bags.

When can I expect my delivery?

Your Goodfellows Palette box will arrive every month. It will be couriered to you after leaving our warehouse by the 15th of every month and every month thereafter as long as your membership is active.
Goodfellows Palette boxes are couriered nationwide so please allow 5-10 days for yours to reach you.

Broken product?

Send us a photo of the broken product, your name and surname and address to goodfellowspalette@ngf.co.za and one of our team members will help you to replace the broken item from the Goodfellows Palette box.

Cut off dates for subscribing to a particular month

Subscriptions to the Goodfellows Palette box should be done before the 15th of every month, if you want to receive your Goodfellows Palette box at the beginning of the month. Any subscriptions after the 15th will be received around the middle of the next month.

Cancellation of subscription details

You can cancel anytime, for any reason. We hope you’ll stay, but we don’t make it hard to leave. Simply email goodfellowspalette@ngf.co.za, give us your name and we will end your subscription.

Returns policy

Should you not be satisfied with the contents of your Goodfellows Palette box, you have 30 days to return it and receive a full refund. As long as all products have not been opened, you can send your details as well as proof of payment to goodfellowspalette@ngf.co.za.

Can I order a once-off palette?

You can order once off, yes. Email us your details and one of our friendly team members will get in contact with you. Send us your name, surname, contact details, address and which Goodfellows Palette box you are interested in to goodfellowspalette@ngf.co.za.
