Cheques and EFTs orders are handled via our bank. When you pay you are asked for your billing details and address. Billing information is kept safe and may be used to assist with customer service enquiries. Under no circumstances are these details disclosed to any third parties. We offer an email support service to our customers and partners. You will be sending a query from an email address that we will use to correspond with you to resolve your case.
