YELLOW LEMON DROP  

INGREDIENTS

30ml vodka

15ml limoncello

5ml fresh lemon juice

3 dashes bitters

Ice

Lemon slice to garnish

METHOD

1. Add ice, limoncello, vodka and fresh lemon juice to a shaker. Alternatively, you can use a jar with a lid.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Top with bitters and garnish.
