SHAMROCK COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
60ml Jameson Whiskey
30ml fresh lime juice
20ml simple syrup
3 slices Japanese cucumber, muddled
Fresh mint leaves and a slice of cucumber for garnish
METHOD
- In a shaker glass, combine whiskey, lime juice, simple syrup and cucumbers then muddle together.
- Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a glass over ice.
- Garnish with fresh cucumber and mint leaves.
