INGREDIENTS
45ml vodka
Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
4 cherries, de-stoned (fresh, frozen or from jar or tin)
5 basil leaves
Ice
METHOD
- Gently crush cherries and four basil leaves together in a short glass with a wooden spoon.
- Fill with ice, add vodka and stir to combine.
- Top with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water and garnish with a basil leaf.
