SUNNY EL DORADO

INGREDIENTS

80ml gold tequila

60ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

Ice cubes

Lemon slice for garnish

METHOD

1. Fill up your tall glass with ice.
2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker (alternatively, use a jar or travel mug).
3. Add honey, lemon juice and tequila to the shaker.
4. Shake well.
5. Strain the liquid into your glass.
6. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
