SUMMER SANGRIA
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle of Rosé
Cointreau
Soda water
Tinned peaches
Fresh chopped pineapple (You can also use tinned)
Ice
METHOD
Your quantities with this recipe depend on the size of your serving jug, so work to taste as you go.
- Empty the tin of peaches into your jug. Then add Cointreau to taste - about 4-5 shots.
- Add half of your chopped pineapple and some ice to spread it throughout the jug.
- Add your Rosé and then add another layer of ice, followed by the remaining pineapple and top up with the soda water.
- Mix before serving.
