Hoppy Holidays!

The year is coming to an end and it’s time to celebrate everything we achieved in 2022, as well as look forward to all the exciting things to come in 2023. Say ‘cheers’ to the year in style with a quick and easy beer cocktail.

 

3 tbsp tequila blanco

1 tbsp Cointreau

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

½ cup chilled beer, lager for a classic taste

Ice, to serve

Sea salt for the rim

Lime wheel to garnish

 

1. Cut a notch in a lime wedge and run it around the rim of your serving glass. Dip the rim of your glass into a plate of sea salt.
2. Add tequila, Cointreau and lime juice to the glass and stir to combine.
3. Add ice.
4. Top up with beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
