A Night To Remember

Toast to St. Patrick’s Day and keep the Paddy going all night long with a delicious beer cocktail.

 

BEERGARITA

 

INGREDIENTS

170ml margarita mix

120ml tequila

2 cups ice

2 (350ml) beer

Lime wedges, for garnish

 

Salt for Rim

3 tablespoons kosher salt

1 lime, zest only

 

METHOD

  1. Add margarita mix, tequila, and ice to a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Combine lime zest and salt. Run a lime wedge around the rim of 2 large glasses, then dip them in the lime-salt mixture.
  3. Divide margarita slushie mixture between 2 cups. Top each with beer and serve the rest of each beer on the side. Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
