Beat the chill of the season with some liquid warmth. Winter cocktails don't get much better than this campfire espresso martini.
CAMPFIRE ESPRESSO MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
45ml marshmallow infused vodka
45ml espresso
30ml toasted marshmallow syrup
15ml Kahlúa
Marshmallows and wooded skewers to garnish
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Mix and shake all ingredients and double strain into a coupe glass or glass of your choice.
- For the garnish, place 2 marshmallows onto a dampened skewer, toast until slightly charred and then place on top of glass.
