A pitcher-perfect Father’s Day!

Let’s toast to all the great dads out there with an ice-cold beer cocktail.

PITCHER PERFECT MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons tequila blanco or reposado

2 tablespoons Cointreau

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/2 cup chilled beer (lager for classic taste, hoppy IPA with citrus notes for something more interesting)

Ice

Garnish: Lime wheel

METHOD

1. Add tequila, Cointreau and lime juice to the serving glass and stir to combine.
2. Add ice and pour beer over top. Garnish with a lime wheel.
