Below are two fine examples of the Fairview Shiraz wines on offer. They are: The Fairview Beacon Shiraz, which is a serious wine with hints of oak and bacon aromas which develop into the deep-flavoured dark berry fruits as the wine opens up; this is the creation of winemaker Anthony de Jager.
