Just Riesling Wines on Offer:
Groot Constantia Riesling; the vineyards for this wine are planted on the south-easterly high slopes and the result is slightly sweet with the complexity and maturation which has Weisser Riesling as one of the top white varieties in the world.
Paul Cluver Riesling; a classic Riesling with spicy, floral flavours with the prominence of lime and white blossoms flavours.
There are many fine Rieslings to savour but it is little wonder that Just Riesling has had a stunted growth in SA compared to other parts of the world.
The wine is not cheap and sweet, as has been the perception in the past, but the strength of this wine as a varietal is that it is truly versatile ranging from off-dry and sweet resulting in a dignified late harvest.
